Abby brought so much love to our family. She was our $10 dog from the Brighton Dog Shelter. She had a snaggle tooth that we all loved and the most beautiful red eyelashes in her younger years. She had a mind of her own with a bit of a stubborn streak. She loved to run off in her early years and jump in the mucky pond in our development. She loved to ride in the truck with her Dad, leaning her head on his shoulder to nuzzle to him. She also loved camping. She got 4th place in her dog training class, mostly due to the fact the a lot of the dogs didn’t make the final qualifications. She always had to be touching you, a paw on your foot or leaning her head against your leg when we were watching TV. She loved her brothers and their friends, and they loved her dearly. She would very gently play tug of war with Lyla, our Italian Greyhound. In her later years, she became a “talker” and would greet us with a long conversation when we came home at the end of the day. We miss her so much and feel so blessed that we had her in our lives. Looking forward to seeing her at the Rainbow Bridge
